The La Sportiva Mountain Madness Champions -- 2014

Andreas Efstathiou and Pola Hadjipapa, winners respectively of the King and Queen of the Mountains title for 2014, receive their prizes of a pair of La Sportiva mountain shoes from Marios Hadjipetris of GET OUT stores. Also in the picture on the right is race organiser Christelle de Jager, who crafted the trophies from wood and stones found while marking out the trails.

If a runner does more than 3 races, only their best scoring 3 races will count towards their total. Points are awarded as follows: 15 points for a first place, 10 for second, 8 for third, 7 for fourth, 6 for fifth, 5 for sixth, 4 for seventh, 3 for eighth, 2 for ninth and 1 for tenth. Runners who complete all five races in the series, regardless of position, will receive 5 bonus points.
